How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive digital transformation projects aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.

  • Implement smart factory solutions for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance.

  • Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs for seamless machine communication.

  • Develop automated dashboards for production KPIs and performance analytics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve OEE.

  • Integrate MES, SCADA, and ERP systems for streamlined operations.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Support IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity best practices.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing automation and digitalization projects.

  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial communication protocols.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Familiarity with MES, SCADA, and ERP integration.

  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills; project management experience is a plus.
