We seek for “Product Marketing Manager” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy, in Dilovası,Kocaeli with below qualifications.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Create, plan, and implement local go-to-market product marketing strategies, including defining product value propositions and positioning in line with global strategy.

  • Lead pre-sales activities and value-based selling initiatives.

  • Oversee sales execution for assigned products by preparing relevant materials and providing guidance to Sales teams.

  • Participate in monthly forecast meetings, monitor results for the unit, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.

  • Ensure implementation of GPG marketing plans (e.g., campaigns) across the Hub.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

  • Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • You hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Master’s in business management would be advantageous.

  • Proven work experience in the transformer’s environment, marketing and sales with minimum 10 years relevant work experience. With background in quotation preparation including costing and pricing experience with capability & capacity alignment with operations, Eng, supply chain.

  • Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experiences. Knowledge and exposure in Sales Force.Com and MS Office

  • Understand sales performance metrics. Business acumen with problem-solving attitude and leadership skill.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written, negotiation skill, influencing skills.

  • Very good command of written and spoken Turkish & English.
