Production Manager 
 
The opportunity 

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Managerto oversee daily operations and drive performance on the production floor. 

In this role, you’ll coordinate production activities, manage schedules and resources, and ensure quality and efficiency targets are met. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Logistics, and Sales to keep everything running smoothly. You will have Production Supervisors reporting to you.

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Take ownership of delivery performance for your assigned product family, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction. 

  • Lead capacity planning to align production and logistics with demand forecasts. 

  • Drive and own processes that optimize production flow and logistics efficiency. 

  • Initiate and implement production improvements at the product level to enhance quality and throughput. 

  • Collaborate on operational reliability and maintenance, working closely with partners and production engineering teams. 

  • Manage and take responsibility for the budget, ensuring cost-effective logistics operations. 

 

 

Your Background 

  • Previous leadership experience in a production environment within the manufacturing industry. 

  • Strong understanding of production planning, resource allocation, and process optimization. 

  • Proven ability to lead teams toward operational goals and continuous improvement. 

  • Experience collaborating across departments such as engineering, logistics, and maintenance. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

  • Solid grasp of safety, quality, and efficiency standards in manufacturing.
