How You’ll Make an Impact
Maintain project document control procedures for incoming and outgoing records.
Process customer drawings and test reports using DMS, SharePoint, email, and other platforms.
Compose, organize, and distribute instruction manuals.
Verify customer contact details and document formatting accuracy.
Manage electronic filing systems to ensure high-quality storage and retrieval.
Review documents for compliance with company and client standards.
Track nomenclature, maintain version control, and generate status reports.
Support audits, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data.
Your Background
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in records management is a plus.
Experience with document handling or administrative support is helpful but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfort working with digital platforms such as SharePoint, document management systems, or similar tools.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
Willingness to learn quality system requirements and follow established procedures.
