We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Team Leader to drive talent acquisition strategies and foster employee engagement at our South Boston, VA factory. In this role, you’ll manage a team of recruiters, collaborate across departments, and innovate processes to attract top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with departments to align recruitment with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
  • Implement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and retention.
  • Partner with Training & Development on new hire orientation programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends for improvement.
  • Assist with onboarding and HR generalist duties as needed.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–5 years of general HR experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment.
