The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be joining Hitachi Energy to drive sales in Utility and Energy T&D segments and meet regional targets.

How you’ll make an impact     

  • Building strong client relationships and position Hitachi Energy competitively.
  • Identifying, creating, and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce to support overall business sales targets.
  • Supporting Account Managers and creating sales plans.
  • Ensuring compliance and uphold safety and integrity values.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborating with Pre-Sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Growing accounts, increasing penetration, and achieving business goals.
  • Driving revenue growth through strategic account development.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering value-added solutions.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/power engineering.
  • 4–6 years in energy industry sales/account management.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
