For our Grid Automation business unit, we are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge Hitachi Energy in Grid Automation in Italy. 

How you will make an impact   

  • Driving sales volume and margin across the Grid Automation portfolio.  

  • Building long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.   

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and Hitachi Energy – Grid Automation solutions.  

  • Preparing sales plans and bids, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy, in connection with Hitachi Energy rules

  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.  

Your background  

  • Technical background (Electrical Engineering degree is preferred)

  • Knowledge of High Voltage and/or Medium Voltage substations

  • 2/3 years experience in Automation and Communication is preferred.  

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Sales Force tool is a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of English and Italian fluent level.  

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.  

  • Availability to travel/clients visits all around Italy
