The Opportunity:
Provide functional and technical support throughout the sales process to ensure that both internal and external clients gain a comprehensive understanding of the products and solutions.
Customer Support jobs deliver a key service bridging the gap from customer enquiry to service delivery and related commercial processes. Proposal jobs ensure proposals are accurately and efficiently prepared to optimize the potential of a profitable agreement. The Sales Support Expert also delivers technical solutions and designs to meet customers' needs at the best cost.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Creates engineering proposals for products and systems, including drawings and plans preparation, including meetings with other business units and consortium partners. Review risk analysis with all partners before submitting the proposal.
Defines project tasks. Defines schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
Coordinates the creation of work plans and cost estimates in all applicable engineering disciplines.
Preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects/programs, including provision of bills of materials, estimated engineering hours, creating design solutions to proposals for engineering projects or programs, and solving critical technical design-related issues/ questions from customers.
Works with customers to shape and deliver solutions, seeking feedback and innovating with the customer to drive and deliver improvements. Attends project meetings and presents all technical aspects of project assignments. Interacts with customers, contractors, suppliers, and others.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in related functions in transformers and High Voltage products in the market
SAP and Salesforce (desirable)
English Language Advanced (mandatory)
Experience in service sales
Experience in tecnical quotations
Experience with high-voltage equipment, power transformers, and electrical substations
