The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformers - Business Solutions IT Organization is seeking a HUB Application Service Delivery Manager in the BST IT team to drive value and business growth to the business in São Paulo, Brazil.
As a HUB Application Service Delivery Manager (SDM) you lead a multinational team of Application Managers and specialists, developing, implementing and executing the IT capability to either plan, build, run or support IT solutions resulting from Business or Support-Function demands.
How You´ll Make an Impact
• Lead several multinational teams associated with the provision of the services to a particular BU
• Responsible for strategy and operations of their respective department, the HR management of their teams and the budgets associated with their department
• Leading of service and project teams
• Ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Ensure strategic organization development
• Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both company and the employee
• Implementing agile development setups
• Establish a stable end to end service delivery for globally used applications according to ITIL4
• Guiding and supporting IT implementation projects
• Create a governance setup and run service/project reviews for service receiving organization according to IT global standards
• Holding the financial responsibility of all sub-teams
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
• Bachelors degree in computer science or related areas
• Profound experience in IT technology and Applications Development and Management
• Experience in large global corporations
• Managing third party providers on global scale
