How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead project teams and allocate tasks to ensure successful delivery.
• Define project plans, including scope, schedule, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor progress and control project financials, costs, and cash flow.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services with supply chain teams.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and resolve project issues.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Capture and share lessons learned to improve future projects.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in engineering and project management functions.
• Strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to travel for short periods as needed.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
