As a Senior Supplier Quality Assurance & Control within our North American Power Grid – Transformer (PGTR) team at South Boston location, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the materials and components that drive our energy solutions. How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead supplier quality initiatives using FMEA and risk-based approaches.

  • Partner with suppliers to implement and maintain robust process controls.

  • Drive resolution of supplier nonconformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Execute PPAP processes to ensure consistent part quality.

  • Conduct supplier audits and manage receiving inspections.

  • Monitor and report supplier performance and field concerns.

  • Support continuous improvement and supplier development efforts.

  • Represent supplier perspectives in cross-functional teams.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality.

  • Experience with transformer systems or related technologies is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, or similar.

  • Familiarity with ISO-9001 and continuous improvement methodologies.
