The Opportunity

We design, manufacture, and continuously develop advanced high-voltage systems in our factories. Our portfolio includes AIS (Air-Insulated Switchgear) and GCB (Generator Circuit Breakers) – key technologies that ensure safe and reliable power transmission in energy networks. In this role, you will work hands-on with these technologies, receive comprehensive training and certifications, and become an absolute expert in them within our organization.

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will be trained as our site manager and are responsible for maintenance and repairs
  • You represent us as the most important contact person on the construction site
  • You provide our customers and colleagues with advice and support and coordinate internal and external partners
  • You get to know our products and carry out briefings during acceptance inspections
  • Safety is very important to you
  • If you identify potential for improvement, don't hesitate to get actively involve

Your background

  • Completed technical education or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Ideally, practical experience (e.g., apprenticeship, internships)
  • Passion for innovative energy technology systems
  • Willingness to travel and work on construction sites
  • Valid driving licence
  • German language skills (B2) or commitment to achieve B2 before start (language course funded by us)
