Job Description:

Mission:


Lead maintenance projects ensuring compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), budget targets, and project objectives. The role requires strong expertise in Contract Management, Budgeting, Claims handling, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance activities for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Manage the client relationship
  • Oversee contract execution, claims management, and SLAs compliance.
  • Manage the external service suppliers in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
  • Monitor spare parts availability and the repairs process in coordination with the Supply Chain Planner
  • Support the handover from commissioning to maintenance phase.
  • Develop and implement a relationship plan with stakeholders to ensure operational support when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Fluent Spanish (native or near-native) and proficient English.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance project management or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Contract Management, Budgeting, Claims, and SLA monitoring.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and.
  • Previous experience in railway is welcome but not mandatory; candidates from sectors such as mining are welcome.
  • Availability for occasional international travel.
