How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead the execution of regional service strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive financial performance and ensure profitability of the service portfolio.
  • Develop and mentor local service teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee governance and compliance for all service activities.
  • Collaborate with global teams on planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Foster strong relationships with utility customers and key stakeholders.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Represent the region in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
    Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.





Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing teams, including experience leading managers.
  • 3+ years experience with network control systems and utility operations or Oil & Gas.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Fluency in English and (Spanish/Portuguese)
    Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
