How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive strategy deployment in partnership with factory leadership.

  • Facilitate breakthrough objectives, KPIs, action plans, and Kaizen roadmaps.

  • Lead implementation and maturity development of the ITM System.

  • Champion a culture focused on waste elimination and continuous improvement.

  • Optimize Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost performance.

  • Lead cost‑out initiatives and productivity improvement projects.

  • Build team capability through training, coaching, and mentoring.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and servant leadership.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

  • Several years of manufacturing experience; transformer or energy sector preferred.

  • 5+ years of hands‑on Lean system implementation (e.g., TPS, HOS, DBS).

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; experience in system transformation preferred.

  • Strong communication, influencing, and change leadership skills.

  • Proficiency with analytical tools, Office software, and statistical platforms.
