How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supplier quality team.

  • Drive the supplier quality strategy and align processes with global standards.

  • Oversee supplier qualification, audits, and comprehensive risk assessments.

  • Monitor supplier KPIs and lead effective root-cause and corrective actions.

  • Identify and mitigate supply chain quality risks.

  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Procurement, Production, and other partners.

  • Champion continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Present supplier performance insights to senior leaders and engage directly with suppliers.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field; Master’s degree a plus.

  • 8–10 years of experience in supplier quality or quality engineering.

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing quality-focused teams.

  • Certifications (Preferred): ASQ Certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)).

  • Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485).

  • Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Lean Six Sigma.

  • Ability to travel 25–35% domestically and internationally.
