  • Lead training programs that boost performance and engagement.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Hands-on experience with lean management systems.
  • Proven success in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in coaching and adult learning methodologies.
