The Opportunity

Join us as a Test Technician at our Mount Pleasant, PA site and play a critical role in ensuring product excellence through precise testing and analysis. You’ll perform a variety of laboratory procedures to verify quality standards, analyze results, and maintain compliance with physical and chemical specifications.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Conduct routine and advanced quantitative and qualitative tests.

  • Perform measurements, calculations, and evaluations of test results.

  • Analyze experiments to confirm conformity to specifications.

  • Operate standard and specialized laboratory equipment.

  • Maintain accurate records of tests and analyses.

  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members.

  • Troubleshoot non-routine problems requiring analytical skills.

  • Support continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.

Your Background

  • Vocational or technical education in chemistry, materials science, or related field.

  • Broad knowledge of laboratory procedures and tools from extensive experience.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific testing equipment and standards.

  • Ability to work under limited supervision and solve complex problems.

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.

  • Experience mentoring or assisting lower-level employees.
