How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, financials, schedule, risk management, and HSE requirements, ensure projects adhere to Hitachi Energy execution best practices and policies, monitor and control project progress and resource utilization efficiently.

  • You will manage project financials, including invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow; maintain up-to-date financial reporting and proper document storage, participate in project, service agreement, and warranty reviews, identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities; capture, analyze, and share project lessons learned.

  • You will drive formal project closure and contract close-out, ensuring customer acknowledgment, apply contract and claims management consistently per company and contractual requirements, coordinate with Supply Chain Management to procure necessary services, materials, and equipment; support negotiations and manage claims and project changes.

  • You will act as the primary contact for customers and escalation point for project issues; build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, foster customer relationships to enable ongoing and sustainable business.

  • You will provide internal feedback to support the development of products, processes, operations, and services, ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of project management experience preferred.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

  • Positive attitude and strong systematic thinking skills, ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, negotiation, and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in project management, strong financial acumen and understanding of business cases.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English & Thai with strong active listening skills.
