As a valued member of our café team, you’ll work in a warm and welcoming Nordic-inspired environment, seamlessly integrated within our store.

Your focus will always be on delivering exceptional quality, outstanding service, and memorable experiences for every guest. With a natural ability to put the customer first and adapt to their needs, you’ll help create a personalised and inspiring café atmosphere rooted in local culture and hospitality.

You’ll have the opportunity to provide high-level service at every touchpoint-from warmly greeting guests to attentively meeting their needs in a genuine and thoughtful way. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, consistently upholding our standards of excellence.

In this role, you’ll also play a key part in promoting the café’s values, culture, and concept, while contributing to the smooth daily operations of the in-store café.

Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service is a plus-but not essential. What matters most is your passion for hospitality, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to creating great guest experiences.

• Good communication skills: You have a genuine interest in people, communicate clearly, and actively listen to understand their perspectives and needs.
• A genuine passion for food, beverages, and the ARKET brand, with a strong desire to share that enthusiasm and knowledge with customers.
• Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• English language skills

Additional Info

This is a part-time position with a contract of 21-31 hours a week.

An integrity check via the warning register of the stichting Fraude Aanpak Detailhandel is part of the application procedure.
