As the DC Controller - 3PL, you will be responsible for the financial and operational controlling of the DC influencing and securing  short and long-term targets.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

As the DC Controller - 3PL, you will collaborate with DC Manager /Operation managers /Transport and Trade Managers. and with other controllers drive your goals forward.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for colleagues with .....

• Experience of DC financial and operational controlling.
• Strong financial knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong analytical ability as well as excellent business acumen.
• Experience and technical ability in financial tools, with the proactive approach to quickly adapt to new systems and dynamics.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end DC operations and organisation structure.
• Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with management and specialists in different functions of varying levels.
• Ability to perform under pressure, with strong ability to prioritise
• Solid understanding of local Sales organisation and its inner working.
• Proven experience in setting goals with plans and actions on how to achieve them.
• Ability to identify scalable initiatives for improvement and drive them from ideation to successful completion.

This is a full-time position, reporting to Regional Sales & Warehouse Operations Manager.

This position is based at the Tal - Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra, India.
