Key Responsibilities:

• 고객에게 스타일링 조언, 제품 지식 및 매장 경험을 통해 높은 수준의 서비스를 제공
• 판매 정보를 분석하고 매장 관리자와 협력하여 부서 판매 성과를 극대화
• 판매 보조원 팀을 이끌어 우수한 서비스 기준을 달성
• 채용을 지원하고 신규 직원의 오리엔테이션 및 교육이 잘 이루어지도록 관리
• 매장 관리자와 함께 미래의 인재를 발굴하고 그들의 성장을 지원하는 개발 계획을 수립
• 매장 운영을 감독
• 브랜드 Ambassador로서 고객에게 최고의 경험을 제공
• 매장 관리자의 부재 시 그들의 역할을 대신 수행
