セールスアドバイザー（H&Mアパレル販売スタッフ）は、ストアの売上と利益に貢献する最高のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する役割を担っていまます。セールスアドバイザーとして、常にカスタマーを第一に考え、サポートを提供し、商品やファッションの知識を共有。店舗運営やカーメント（衣類）ケアを通じて、カスタマーが買い物をしやすい環境を整えます。
また、自分の知識やスキルをチームメンバーと共有し、必要な時には助け合いながら、前向きな職場環境を築いてください。
Qualifications
未経験OK、H&Mが大好き、ファッションが大好きな方
接客に対して、積極的に親切なアプローチをすることができ、チームプレーができる方
チームメンバーやお客様と接する際、ポジティブでやる気のある前向きなマインドをお持ちでコミュニケーション能力がある方
変化する状況や顧客のニーズに柔軟に対応し、顧客のニーズに迅速かつ効果的に対応することがでる方
正社員を目指して働きたい学生（高校卒業以上）やフリーターの方
副業（掛け持ち）で働きたい方

雇用契約期間：有期労働契約（アルバイト） 試用期間:3～6か月間（試用期間中の給与・勤務時間：本採用と同じ） 就業場所:（雇い入れ直後）H&M（イオンモール木更津）、もしくは提示のあったそのほかの店舗 （変更の範囲) 販売及び本社における会社の定める業務 就業時間 :シフト制（8時間労働・休憩60分）週2日～、1日4時間～OK 時間外労働の詳細：ワークライフバランスを徹底するため残業には店長の事前承認が必要 時給：1140円～ 加入保険：社会保険、雇用保険、労災保険、厚生年金、健康保険 待遇：交通費一部支給（社内規定により支給）・社員割引あり（社員は25％割引）・社員登用制度あり・車通勤可（店舗により異なる）・服装/髪型/ネイル自由・深夜手当・研修制度・有給休暇・提携施設の割引・永年勤 続表彰のお祝い（勤続5年ごとに雇用形態にかかわらず記念品と賞与を贈呈してます。） 有休消化率：80%以上
