WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Part Time Proofreader, you will be responsible for regular and delegated translations/proofreading for all departments. If you are passionate about proofreading, translations, and any other related tasks, you will have the possibility to work closely with colleagues from different departments to support them on a regular basis.

You will:  

• Translate information and instructions for stores (e.g. campaign info, presentation methods, technical assembly, etc.).
• Translate internal training, delegated locally or globally.
• Translate instructions to all programs/platforms/projects implemented locally or globally.
• Translate security routines for local activities.
• Review, edit and write according to H&M guidelines; improve the overall content.
• Regularly and delegated translations/proofreading for all departments.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work closely with colleagues from each department as well as the Sales Market teams, Area teams, and Retail team. Together, you'll ensure a smooth and efficient communication by proper translations. Your role will involve a lot of cross-functional collaboration, collaborating also with marketing team members in marketing-related tasks.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

• Excellent knowledge of English and Georgian, both written and spoken.
• Excellent skills in structuring written documents, emails, and communications in accordance with the H&M tone of voice and terminology.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
