Are you a results-driven retail professional passionate about shaping commercial success? We’re seeking a dynamic Retail Merchandising Lead to spearhead profitable growth across our retail network, partnering with Area Teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business performance.​

 

As a Retail Merchandising Lead, you will own the execution of commercial plans, optimize stock management, and lead strategic merchandising initiatives to maximize net sales, improve R&D%, and achieve optimal stock-to-sales ratios. Your work will directly impact our brand’s market presence and customer satisfaction.​

 

What you will do: 

  • Conduct structured sales follow-ups to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, prioritize key products/garment groups, and align market strategies with commercial goals.​
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure size availability, balance selling/stock ratios across stores, optimize stock allocation, lead replenishment efforts, and coordinate cross-market/channels stock moves.​
  • Conduct weekly store visits to ensure commercial execution, gather customer expectations, and analyze competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.​
  • Lead stock planning and merchandising schedules for new store openings and rebuilds, track performance, and collaborate with Area Teams to drive action plans.​

What you need to succeed

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal & written)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, proven experience in stock allocation and online/offline merchandising within fashion retail
  • Proficiency in collecting, processing, and analyzing data using statistical tools/software; ability to identify trends, interpret insights, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.​
  • Strong ability to analyze business needs, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.​
  • Deep understanding of product placement, inventory optimization, and sales-driven merchandising strategies to boost product performance.​
  • Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain management (supplier departure to store delivery), including logistics, operations, and inventory control.​

Additional Info

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Office in Shanghai.
