  • Senior technical role in Integration Operations team, ensuring stability, security, and performance of critical integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical authority for: 
    • API Management (Microsoft)
    • Event Management (Solace & Kafka)
    • iPaaS (Workato)
  • Ensure platform reliability and implement preventative IT security:
    • Vulnerability management, access control, secure configuration.
  • Drive automation and observability improvements:
    • Automate operational tasks, enhance monitoring and alerting.
  • Provide input to platform development teams.
  • Follow ITIL frameworks for change and incident management.
  • Build strong relationships across a large organization. 

 

Required Technical Skills:

  • Senior-level proficiency in at least one of:
    • Microsoft API Management, Solace/Kafka, Workato.
  • Cloud experience (Azure), CI/CD familiarity.
  • Scripting (Python, Bash, JavaScript, ARM, Bicep).
  • Knowledge of preventative IT security.
  • Experience with observability tools, such as:
    • Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor.
  • Familiarity with Open Telemetry.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years in platform engineering or similar roles.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise integration platforms.
  • Expertise in monitoring, alerting, and security solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.
