WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As a Sustainability Compliance Expert, you are accountable for ensuring supplier adherence to sustainability standards through audits, data analysis, and corrective action follow-ups, while driving continuous improvement and capacity-building initiatives across the supply chain. 
 

• Following up & analyze the third-party audits and verified performance data. 

• Conduct random on-site audits to assess supplier compliance with sustainability standards.  

• Follow up remediation with suppliers to ensure timely and effective implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).  

• Lead supplier capacity-building initiatives to improve sustainability compliance.   

• Implement the set methods in the region.  

• Act as a partner to H&M and Portfolio Brands team, ensuring findings are timely documented, shared and resolved as part of business plans. 

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of working experience in similar role 

• Good communication skill, analytical skill and strategic thinking 

• Great in collaboration with multiple stakeholders 

• Knowledge in environment is good to have 

• Open to work in Bangalore or Delhi
