Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, a Visual Merchandiser will create an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. This role will support and guide the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting Customer Experience in line with the H&M brand and values. You actively drive sales in the store and are responsible to implement the Visual Identity. The Visual Merchandiser will meet the expectations of customers & colleagues at all times, as well as follow all H&M procedures & standards.​

Key Responsibilities​

• Lead garment presentation in the store and in the windows according to our H&M guidelines​
• Plan, execute and follow up sales activities and store campaigns​
• Maximize selling by analyzing sales reports and taking action accordingly​
• Communicate, inform and train the store team about garment presentation, and upcoming activities and campaigns​
• Order, handle and organize display materials

Qualifications

To be successful in the role as Department Manager, we believe that you have the ability to overview, plan, and organize both your work and your team to achieve set for goals for the department.
