Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will leverage Honeywell’s cutting-edge technologies in avionics, engines, and safety systems to exceed customer expectations and contribute to our mission of advancing connected aviation and sustainable operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve sales targets, managing a portfolio of $50M+ in annual revenue across multinational clients.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with key stakeholders in aviation, defense, and industrial sectors, conducting quarterly business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and service delivery to craft tailored solutions that address customer pain points in safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
  • Negotiate complex contracts, pricing models, and service level agreements, ensuring compliance with international regulations and maximizing profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback using CRM tools to forecast demand and recommend product roadmap enhancements.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives by demonstrating the value of Honeywell’s integrated portfolio, resulting in expanded account penetration.
  • Collaborate with global supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and on-time delivery in diverse international environments.

  • Demonstrated track record of managing international key accounts with $10M+ revenue responsibility (experience)
  • Experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce and ERP tools like SAP (experience)
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and regulatory compliance (e.g., FAA, EASA) (experience)
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, French) highly advantageous (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Honeywell Partner Network accreditation (experience)
  • 7+ years in aerospace/defense sales with experience in aftermarket services and MRO (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own full account lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract closure and post-sale support
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and deliver customized value propositions aligned with customer KPIs
  • Forecast sales pipelines accurately to support regional revenue goals and executive reporting
  • Mitigate risks in international deals by navigating geopolitical, currency, and trade compliance challenges
  • Partner with product teams to influence roadmap based on field insights from global clients
  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to sales enablement training programs
  • Track and report key metrics including win rates, customer satisfaction (NPS), and lifetime value
