Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes to ensure timely and reliable reporting.
  • Conduct financial analysis, variance reporting, and forecasting to provide actionable insights supporting business leaders in resource allocation and performance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and internal Honeywell policies, performing audits, risk assessments, and implementing controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, cash flow monitoring, and intercompany transactions, optimizing working capital and reducing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and senior leadership, to support budgeting, cost management, and strategic financial planning.
  • Generate detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations using ERP systems for executive reviews and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify process improvements and implement automation tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in financial operations.

  • Proficiency in Indian GAAP, IFRS, and statutory compliance requirements (experience)
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Financials (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial audits (experience)
  • CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA with a finance focus (experience)
  • Experience in manufacturing or technology sectors, particularly aerospace or industrial markets (experience)
  • Advanced certifications like ACCA or CIMA (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide variance analysis to support budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment negotiations
  • Conduct internal audits, implement financial controls, and ensure adherence to Honeywell's global policies
  • Collaborate with business units to optimize costs, improve cash flow, and drive profitability initiatives
  • Develop and present financial reports and KPIs using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
