Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations with precision and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, variance reports, and management dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell's financial policies, Indian statutory requirements, GST regulations, and international standards like IFRS.
- Conduct internal audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to safeguard financial integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and tax experts, to resolve accounting issues and optimize processes.
- Utilize ERP systems to process transactions, generate reports, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

- Proficiency in Indian GAAP, IFRS, and GST compliance requirements (experience)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar (experience)
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit processes (experience)
- CA Inter or equivalent professional certification (or final year students encouraged to apply) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or CMA certification (experience)
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA with finance specialization (experience)
- Experience in manufacturing or technology sectors with international exposure (experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections to ensure timely cash flow
- Maintain general ledger accounts, perform monthly reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare financial statements, trial balances, and analytical reports for management review and statutory filings
- Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory filings, tax returns, and internal controls through proactive monitoring and documentation
- Conduct variance analysis on budgets vs. actuals and provide actionable insights to finance leadership
- Support period-end close processes, including accruals, deferrals, and intercompany transactions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to facilitate smooth audits and implement process improvements
