Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reconciliations, and variance reports to provide actionable insights for management.
- Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and Honeywell's internal controls through regular audits and process reviews.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, journal entries, and intercompany transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Utilize ERP systems to streamline financial processes and generate custom reports for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Indian GAAP and IFRS with hands-on experience in financial reporting (experience)
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Financials (experience)
- Experience with month-end close processes and account reconciliations (experience)
- CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent certification (or in progress) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA with finance specialization (experience)
- ICAI Chartered Accountant (CA) certification (experience)
- Experience in manufacturing or technology sectors with intercompany accounting (experience)
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely to maintain cash flow optimization
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management dashboards
- Conduct compliance checks and support internal/external audits with complete documentation
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes using advanced Excel and ERP tools
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and tax teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce financial risks
