- Assist in audits by compiling documentation, responding to inquiries, and implementing recommendations to enhance internal controls.
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems like SAP, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to optimize cash flow management and reduce financial risks.

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) (experience)
- Experience in a manufacturing or multinational corporate environment (experience)
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and record accounts payable/receivable transactions to ensure timely and error-free financial operations
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including P&L statements and cash flow analyses, for management review
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements
- Maintain and update fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules and capital expenditure tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing disputes and optimize working capital management
