- Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions monthly to maintain financial accuracy
- Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and journal entries for management review and audit purposes
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed asset management
- Identify process improvements in accounting workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing disputes and optimize cash flow
- Assist in internal and external audits by compiling documentation and explaining accounting treatments
