Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced software applications for industrial IoT, automation, and control systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration with Honeywell's proprietary platforms.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and prototyping to testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization in cloud and edge environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and hardware engineers, to deliver customized solutions for aerospace avionics, building automation, and energy management systems.
- Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and real-time data processing pipelines using modern frameworks to support Honeywell's Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and security assessments to meet stringent regulatory standards such as FAA, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps, fostering innovation in AI/ML integration for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable software applications integrating AI/ML for predictive analytics in aerospace and building technologies
- Lead technical reviews and prototype development for new product features in automation and control systems
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to integrate software with hardware sensors and edge devices
- Optimize application performance for low-latency, high-availability environments in mission-critical applications
- Implement cybersecurity measures and compliance with industry standards like DO-178C for avionics software
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and deployment automation to ensure zero-downtime releases
- Provide technical support and training to field teams on deployed applications
