Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced cybersecurity solutions, including zero-trust frameworks, threat detection systems, and secure cloud infrastructures.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate emerging threats across Honeywell's digital ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing security controls, ensuring compliance with standards like NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
- Develop and maintain security blueprints for hybrid and multi-cloud environments, integrating AI-driven threat intelligence.
- Provide expert consultation on technical challenges, mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of security awareness.

As an Advanced Cyber Sec Archt/Engr here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You will be hands-on in fortifying defenses against emerging threats and acting as the subject matter expert for technical challenges. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying informed about emerging technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-level security solutions (experience)
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK) (experience)
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field (experience)
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or GIAC (experience)
- Experience in industrial control systems (ICS) or IoT security (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions to defend against sophisticated threats
- Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and penetration testing initiatives across hybrid environments
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to integrate security into DevOps pipelines
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and architectural blueprints for global deployments
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies like AI/ML for threat detection and response
- Mentor team members and conduct security training to promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, providing post-mortem analysis and remediation strategies
