Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced data models and machine learning algorithms to analyze building automation system (BAS) data, predicting equipment failures and optimizing HVAC, lighting, and energy usage.
- Lead data pipeline development using cloud platforms like AWS or Azure to ingest, process, and visualize IoT sensor data from Honeywell's connected building ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and anomaly detection on large-scale datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings in building operations.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to executive leadership and field teams.

Responsibilities

- Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights on building performance, sustainability metrics, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data-driven enhancements in Honeywell's building automation software
- Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and visualizations for real-time monitoring and decision-making
