Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and generative AI solutions to optimize business processes in supply chain, customer insights, and predictive maintenance.
  • Leverage large-scale datasets to build advanced statistical models, including time-series forecasting and anomaly detection, delivering actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end data science projects, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model validation and production deployment using MLOps best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business leaders, to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Experiment with cutting-edge generative AI techniques, such as large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models, to enhance automation and decision support systems.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance monitoring to ensure model accuracy, robustness, and business impact.

  • Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments (experience)
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling (experience)
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) (experience)
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field (experience)
  • Experience with generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, GANs) (experience)
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning or Google Professional Data Engineer (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced ML models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms to address enterprise challenges
  • Build and optimize generative AI pipelines for applications like natural language processing and synthetic data generation
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model tuning on petabyte-scale datasets
  • Lead data science initiatives from ideation to deployment, integrating models into Honeywell's software ecosystems
  • Collaborate with business units to define KPIs, design experiments, and measure ROI of analytics solutions
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's knowledge-sharing practices
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and evaluate their applicability to Honeywell's strategic priorities
