Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, simulation, and validation of advanced electrical systems, including power distribution, control circuits, and embedded electronics for aerospace and industrial products.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams in the development and prototyping of PCB layouts, schematic captures, and firmware integration using tools like Altium Designer and Cadence.
- Conduct rigorous failure mode analysis (FMEA), thermal management studies, and EMC/EMI compliance testing to ensure designs meet stringent industry standards such as DO-160 and IPC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and supply chain partners, to integrate electrical designs into full product architectures.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (experience)
- Professional certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer) or Six Sigma Green Belt (experience)
- Experience with aerospace avionics or industrial automation systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced electrical architectures, including schematics, PCB layouts, and bill of materials for complex systems
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for electrical design issues using tools like DFA and DFMEA
- Perform simulations and prototyping to validate designs for performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Collaborate with global teams to integrate electrical subsystems with mechanical and software components
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews to ensure best practices and innovation
