Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, reporting, and management of electrical projects, coordinating in-house and on-site resources while forecasting needs throughout the lifecycle.

- Design and oversee electrical architecture, ensuring core design features align with overall project goals and customer requirements.

Summary
As an Electrical Engineer II implements electrical projects as the Lead Engineer for an integrated system or sub-system. Engineer provides planning, reporting and management of the electrical project, in addition to technical implementation, taking full ownership of the electrical project elements and executes (and/or delegate) individual tasks throughout the project life cycle by coordinating and forecasting electrical resources in-house and on site. The Engineer takes a systems approach in understanding core design features, project elements, overall electrical architecture and manages the scope, budget (Over-run Alert, Change Orders), schedule, maintaining internal and external customer expectations throughout the project life cycle. - Hands-on experience with electrical design tools and implementation in complex, multi-disciplinary environments (experience)
- Familiarity with international electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC) and systems engineering principles (experience)
- Ability to travel internationally as needed for on-site coordination (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (experience)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification (e.g., Chartered Engineer) (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell products or similar aerospace/industrial control systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Serve as Lead Engineer, owning electrical project planning, execution, and reporting from inception to completion
- Develop and manage electrical architecture for integrated systems, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives
- Forecast and coordinate electrical resources, delegating tasks while maintaining full accountability
- Track project metrics including budget (Over-run Alerts, Change Orders), schedule, and scope to deliver on time and within cost
