  • Lead the planning, reporting, and management of electrical projects, coordinating in-house and on-site resources while forecasting needs throughout the lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and project management, to integrate electrical components seamlessly.

Summary

As an Electrical Engineer II implements electrical projects as the Lead Engineer for an integrated system or sub-system. Engineer provides planning, reporting and management of the electrical project, in addition to technical implementation, taking full ownership of the electrical project elements and executes (and/or delegate) individual tasks throughout the project life cycle by coordinating and forecasting electrical resources in-house and on site.   • Proven track record in project management for electrical projects, including scope, budget, and schedule control (experience)
  • Hands-on experience with electrical design tools and implementation in complex, multi-disciplinary environments (experience)
  • Familiarity with international electrical standards (e.g., IEC, NEC) and systems engineering principles (experience)
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed for on-site coordination (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (experience)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification (e.g., Chartered Engineer) (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell products or similar aerospace/industrial control systems (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Lead Engineer, owning electrical project planning, execution, and reporting from inception to completion
  • Develop and manage electrical architecture for integrated systems, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives
  • Forecast and coordinate electrical resources, delegating tasks while maintaining full accountability
  • Track project metrics including budget (Over-run Alerts, Change Orders), schedule, and scope to deliver on time and within cost
  • Conduct systems-level analysis, design reviews, and validation testing to meet performance and safety standards
  • Interface with customers and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues proactively
