Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-10 engineers in executing engineering support projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement advanced technical solutions for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process optimization in engineering systems.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams to define requirements and resolve engineering challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while mitigating risks in high-stakes engineering environments.
- Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to enhance support processes and predict potential failures.

- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically or internationally as needed (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA (experience)
- Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, or ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell products or systems in automation and control technologies (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to execute complex engineering support projects from inception to completion
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for technical issues in production and field environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and develop customized engineering solutions
- Optimize engineering processes using lean methodologies and digital tools to improve efficiency and reliability
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and customer reviews
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like IoT, AI, and predictive analytics into support strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and Honeywell quality protocols
