Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and diagnostics for Honeywell's Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) at customer facilities.
- Lead the implementation and commissioning of automation solutions, including system upgrades, software configurations, and hardware installations to optimize plant performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis on complex field issues, develop corrective action plans, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve systemic problems.
- Train customer operators and maintenance personnel on Honeywell systems, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with industry standards like ISA and IEC.
