Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and upgrades on Honeywell's aerospace and industrial equipment, including turbine engines, automation controls, and sensing technologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis using data analytics tools to resolve complex field issues and prevent future failures.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and customer personnel on system maintenance and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop customized service solutions and implement software/firmware updates.
- Manage service contracts, documentation, and compliance with international safety and regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, EASA).
- Lead on-site installations and commissioning of advanced systems, ensuring minimal downtime for high-stakes operations.

- Experience with international travel and working in multicultural, customer-facing roles (experience)
- Familiarity with safety regulations such as OSHA, FAA, or ISO standards (experience)
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for defense-related projects (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
- Professional certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Honeywell-specific training (experience)
- Experience with predictive maintenance tools and IoT-enabled systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues on Honeywell products including avionics, sensors, and control systems during on-site deployments
- Execute preventive maintenance programs and system upgrades to enhance reliability and performance
- Analyze field data using diagnostic software to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with global supply chain teams to procure parts and minimize service disruptions
- Document service activities, generate detailed reports, and update knowledge bases for continuous improvement
- Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams via workshops and remote assistance
- Ensure compliance with all local and international safety, quality, and environmental standards
