Key Responsibilities

  • Experience with international travel and working in multicultural, customer-facing roles (experience)

  • Coordinate with global supply chain teams to procure parts and minimize service disruptions
  • Document service activities, generate detailed reports, and update knowledge bases for continuous improvement
