Key Responsibilities

  • Train client personnel on system operation, troubleshooting, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Manage service contracts, documentation, and compliance with international safety and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FAA).

  • Proven track record of troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems in customer environments (experience)
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% and work flexible hours including on-call rotations (experience)
  • Fluency in English; German proficiency highly desirable (experience)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary security clearances (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Field Service Professional (CFSP), Honeywell-specific training, or Six Sigma Green Belt (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell products like Experion PKS, ControlEdge, or aerospace avionics systems (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues in real-time on customer sites using diagnostic tools and Honeywell proprietary software
  • Install, configure, and commission new systems including integration with existing infrastructure
  • Perform predictive maintenance using IoT sensors and data analytics to preempt failures
  • Document all service activities, generate detailed reports, and update knowledge bases for continuous improvement
  • Mentor junior field engineers and conduct technical training sessions for clients
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and contractual SLAs
  • Interface with sales and product teams to provide field insights for R&D enhancements
