Key Responsibilities

- Train client personnel on system operation, troubleshooting, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Perform predictive maintenance using IoT sensors and data analytics to preempt failures
- Document all service activities, generate detailed reports, and update knowledge bases for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior field engineers and conduct technical training sessions for clients
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and contractual SLAs
- Interface with sales and product teams to provide field insights for R&D enhancements
