- Conduct root cause analysis on automation failures and implement preventive measures to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Support capital equipment justification, procurement, installation, and commissioning of automated systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and program automation control systems, including PLC ladder logic, structured text, and safety circuits
- Lead the development and deployment of robotic workcells for assembly, material handling, and inspection processes
- Perform process simulations and time studies using software like RoboDK or Process Simulate to validate automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues during production ramp-ups
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for automated equipment
- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and implement robust automation designs
