Key Responsibilities

- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects using Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies, targeting cost reduction and quality enhancement.
- Develop and qualify new manufacturing technologies, such as additive manufacturing and digital twins, ensuring seamless integration into existing production lines.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to launch new products and resolve complex production challenges.

- Hands-on experience with automation systems, PLC programming, robotics, or CNC machining (experience)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and manufacturing execution systems (MES) (experience)
- Experience in aerospace, electronics, or high-precision manufacturing industries preferred (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field (experience)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)

Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced manufacturing processes to optimize throughput, yield, and cost efficiency in production lines
- Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and kaizen events to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and validate new process technologies, including automation scripts and digital simulations for production scalability
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability of new product introductions (NPI)
- Analyze production data using statistical tools and Industry 4.0 platforms to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions
- Mentor and train manufacturing personnel on new processes and safety standards
