Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced manufacturing processes, including automation, robotics, and digital twins.
- Develop and deploy lean manufacturing strategies to reduce cycle times, minimize waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Drive innovation through the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, and predictive analytics to enable smart factories.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve complex production issues and ensure consistent quality standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to integrate new products into manufacturing lines seamlessly.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and manufacturing execution systems (MES) (experience)
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or MBA (experience)
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification (experience)
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including PLC programming and CAD/CAM software (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced manufacturing solutions, including automation systems and robotic integrations to boost throughput by 20-30%
- Optimize production processes using statistical process control (SPC), DOE, and simulation modeling to achieve defect rates below 100 PPM
- Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies such as machine learning for predictive maintenance and real-time process monitoring
- Mentor and manage a team of 5-10 engineers, setting performance goals and facilitating professional development
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to qualify new equipment and materials for production scalability
- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and risk assessments to ensure robust, safe manufacturing operations
- Develop and track KPIs for manufacturing efficiency, delivering monthly reports to senior leadership
