Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced manufacturing processes, including additive manufacturing, automation, and digital twins.
  • Conduct process simulations, failure mode analysis, and optimization using tools like Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance yield and reduce costs.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional teams of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to integrate new technologies into production lines.
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for manufacturing technology adoption, aligning with Honeywell's sustainability and digital transformation goals.
  • Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions to achieve world-class quality standards.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with manufacturing technologies such as CNC machining, additive manufacturing (3D printing), and automation systems (experience)
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Lean Six Sigma projects resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency and quality (experience)
  • Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) (experience)
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or industrial sectors (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering or related field (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, or CMfgE (experience)
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies including IoT, AI/ML for manufacturing, and digital twins (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership in developing and scaling advanced manufacturing processes to support Honeywell's product portfolio
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design and validation of new production lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards like AS9100 and ISO 9001
