- Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) (experience)
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or industrial sectors (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering or related field (experience)
- Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, or CMfgE (experience)
- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies including IoT, AI/ML for manufacturing, and digital twins (experience)
