Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
- Lead NPI projects from concept through launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with WH, Fabrication, Planning, and PMO teams to align production schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Design and qualify manufacturing tools, fixtures, and processes to support high-volume production of precision components.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, throughput, and defect rates, reporting insights to leadership for strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and Honeywell quality management systems.

- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP systems such as SAP (experience)
- Ability to work on-site in Chihuahua, Mexico with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management (experience)
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Six Sigma (experience)
