- Lead the end-to-end management of complex new product introduction (NPI) and product enhancement projects, from concept through commercialization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and marketing to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues early, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Conduct technical reviews, gate reviews, and design validations to uphold product quality and compliance with industry standards such as AS9100 or ISO 9001.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, reporting progress to senior leadership and customers while managing change control processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize project efficiency and product performance.

- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $1M and projects with 10+ team members (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management (experience)
- PMP (Project Management Professional), IPMA Level B/C, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification (experience)
